We are currently seeking an enthusiastic
Team Assistant / Clinical Assistant (m/f/d)
in part-time/full-time in Planegg-Martinsried.
YOUR MISSION:
- Provide administrative support to the Head Clinical Operations and the Clinical team in departmental personnel/processes and support other departments on ad-hoc projects or in back-up function.
- Contribute to different study and departmental tracking activities by maintenance of databases/spreadsheets (e.g. clinical trial insurance, invoices and contracts, etc.).
- Drive the organization/coordination of internal and external meetings incl. coordination of preparations of presentations and associated documents and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Support congress and publication related activities (e.g. abstract submission, upload of documents, etc.).
- Support clinical trial teams in trial related processes and for administrative tasks in the context of clinical trials.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Relevant professional experience ideally in clinical assistant role within Biotech, Pharma or CRO organization.
- Knowledge to perform day-to-day departmental support activities.
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to effectively manage competing priorities, meet deadlines without direction; proactive, hands-on working style.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties.
- Proficient computer skills (excellent knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Proficiency in English with excellent oral and written skills; good level of German.
